Did you know that Pediatric Office Managers are organizing around the state to form the AzAAP Practice Managers Committee? The chapter will help facilitate practice managers' communication so that the group can define their own goals and share information relevant to their profession and to the pediatric office setting.

Participation in the AzAAP Practice Management Committee is mainly through email. To be part of the committee's distribution list (and upcoming state-specific ListServ), please send your name and email address to rebecca.nevedale@azaap.org. You can also email forms, charts or any information you find helpful to be sent to the other committee members and/or be posted on this website!
What are AzAAP Pediatric Healthcare Providers Doing?
AzAAP staff and the Practice Management Committee Chair, Dr. Tom Barela, are here to help you manage your practice more effectively in any way possible. Among the many troubleshooting issues AzAAP has addressed for members, vaccine financing was a top issue this year.
In addition, AzAAP has advocated for useful and helpful measures in United Healthcare's performance review program in Maricopa County. Dr. Keith Dveirin, AzAAP Executive Committee President, is representing the chapter and National AAP at a meeting with United Healthcare on this program.
